Ron has been involved within the real estate industry in north east British Columbia for over 32 years. Ron focuses his resources and time to the commercial real estate industry.
He created the offices of Northeast BC Realty to be the only brokerage in the area to focus on commercial real estate. Over the years, Ron himself has acquired in-depth knowledge of the area and applies it to his day-to-day business. From sales and leasing to development and investing, Ron has assisted in a wide variety of commercial transactions over the years - from sales and leasing in retail, commercial, industrial, institutional plus sales of businesses and development/investment properties. Ron has been a long standing member of the Canadian Commercial Network a network of Canadian Real Estate Association representing more than 6,800 commercial real estate specialists from across Canada. Ron is also a member of the BC Northern Real Estate Board and BC Northern Commercial Council.
Ron has Chaired the BC Northern Commercial Council since 2013 and is strong proponent and advocate for specialized commercial real estate practices.
