March was a good month for oil and gas land sales, compared to February. In February, there were no lease or drilling licences sold. Oil and Gas accounted nearly for $1.9 million dollars in all three categories along with seven drilling licences.
The average mark price per hectare in March was $314 vs January mark of $76.
2015 was the lowest sales in province’s history which accounted for only $18 million dollar.
