MEND is a ten week program that is designed to help families healthy and fit together.
In order to having a long-lasting healthy lifestyle families need to be educated on ways to increase physical activity levels, knowledge on nutrition, and goals to help build self-esteem and confidence in healthy living.
During this program families will learn how to safely make healthier life choices when it comes to their diet.
You will learn how to read food labels, learn how to prepare well balanced meals, and how to tell the difference between refined and unrefined foods.
