Fort St. John for many years has been portrayed as a small and quiet community. However, recently Fort St. John has been growing as a society as it has been advancing and developing economically. As a result Fort St. John is becoming a popular place to live and an amazing community.

Developers have estimated that it will roughly be a three-year project to build 150 homes. The Western Canadian Properties Group has already built 55 new homes and the land that was purchased can build up to 300 brand-new homes in Fort St. John.

They are also a part of other “housing developments in the city, ranging from townhomes to condominiums that range in price from $240,000 to $350,000. The homes in Garrison Landing, however, will run anywhere from $600,000 to a million dollars”.
