The Canadian Army took over the Alaska Highway after the end of World War on April 1st, 1946. Come join us to celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the transfer of the Alaska Highway to Canada. This presentation will show you how the highway was constructed and the challenges that were faced by the Canadian Army.
