Description:
The annual Christmas Tree Pickup service is happening on January 9th (weather permitting). If the weather is extreme the event will be moved to the following Saturday, January 16th, 2016.
Trees within the city limits will be collected by groups (accepting applications now) and will be chipped and used as compost.
If you do not leave your tree at your curbside by 8am on the morning of January 9th, 2016 you can also drop you tree off to a designated area at the Old Visitor Center Site between Monday, January 4th and Friday, January 8th, 2016.
Details:
Leave your Christmas tree by 8am at your curbside on top of snow banks and easily accessible. Make sure to remove any tinsel, plastic tree bags, and all decorations.
Location:
Your curbside before 8am or dropped off at the designated area at the Old Visitor Center Site (corner of 100th Street and 96th Avenue).
